Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
This Terms of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) states the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the websites, domains, webpages, portals, forms, and online services operated by or on behalf of Faith Action Ministry Alliance, Inc., including, without limitation, https://go.famahub.com, https://go.famahub.com/getstartedwithfama, and any other pages, subpages, forms, portals, or services hosted under the go.famahub.com domain (collectively, the “Site”).

Faith Action Ministry Alliance’s failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision.
Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall operate to modify any provision of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action relating to the Content, Site, go.famahub.com, or this Agreement shall be brought in an appropriate federal or state court located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Content, Site, or this Agreement must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, except where a different limitation period is required by applicable law.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Site and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or communications, whether oral, written, or electronic, concerning its subject matter.
For purposes of this Agreement, references to the “Site” include https://go.famahub.com, https://go.famahub.com/getstartedwithfama, and all other webpages, landing pages, portals, forms, registration pages, and services made available under the go.famahub.com domain.
One important improvement I made is defining “Site” broadly at the beginning and again at the end. That means you do not have to update the Terms every time you create a new page such as go.famahub.com/volunteer, /events, /donate, or another FAMA Hub landing page.
Because this is a legal agreement, I’d still recommend having Florida counsel review the final version before publishing—particularly the one-year claim limitation, limitation-of-liability language, DMCA section, and Florida venue provision.
